Our Venue's Catering Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and successful event, we ask that you follow these guidelines when using your own caterer:

• Approved Caterer List: Please select a caterer from our approved list to ensure they meet our high standards
• Menu Planning: Work with your caterer to create a menu that meets our venue's kitchen capacity and equipment capabilities
• Equipment and Supplies: Your caterer will provide all necessary equipment and supplies, including crockery, cutlery and glassware, linens and staffing
• Timing and Scheduling: Coordinate with our venue team to ensure a smooth transition between each part of the day

Fees

Please refer to page 2 of our Wedding Brochure for venue hire prices and min drink spends. Please note that an additional £2,000.00 plus VAT kitchen fee will also apply to all semi dry hire bookings in addition to the venue hire and minimum drink spends. The venue will provide a senior kitchen manager and a senior event manger in additional to all bar staff for any semi dry hire booking. All drinks and the use of the bars remains the exclusive use of the VENUE at any time throughout the duration of the hire period.
