Celebration Package

Available Fridays & Saturdays - bookable 6 months in advance only

The Celebration Package is for couples who'd rather spend their wedding evening dancing than worrying about table arrangements. Great food, a DJ, and a bar ready to go; relaxed, beautiful, and entirely on their terms. Available Fridays and Saturdays only, bookable up to six months in advance, on a non-exclusive basis with our gastropub remaining open downstairs.

The Package - £5,000

From 4.00pm until midnight you have exclusive use of the upstairs Tudor Gallery and side deck. The Tudor Gallery set up includes tables, Chiavari chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, uplighters, flowers and fairy lights on the beams, a post box, cake stands and easels for signage, your own private bar and toilets, and full staffing and security throughout. DJ and disco are included.* Supplier access is available from 10.00am to midday.

*DJ and disco are provided by Staar Productions and invoiced separately at £500, with the remaining £4,500 payable to Tudor Barn Eltham.

The package includes a minimum pre-order spend of £1,800 on food and £480 on drinks, chosen from our buffets, hog roasts, BBQs, wandering snacks and sharing dessert options (see the Food and Drink Guide for menus).

Add a legal ceremony - £500

Add a ceremony or blessing at 4.30pm at the fireplace end of the Tudor Gallery (max 90 guests), followed by a drinks reception before the evening begins. Greenwich Registrar fees are not included and must be arranged directly with them.

Terms and Conditions: Bookable within the next 6 months only. 50% deposit and signed contract required when booking with the final balances due 3 months prior 25% and 1 month prior 25% along with any potential upgrades.
