What is the capacity for corporate events at Tudor Barn Eltham?
The Tudor Gallery is our main corporate space and gives you plenty of flexibility, set up to suit the style of event you are planning. As a guide, we can host up to 120 delegates theatre style, 40 cabaret, 50 classroom and 40 boardroom. For dining, the Tudor Gallery seats up to 180 for a dinner or awards night, and up to 200 for a standing reception, so it is ideal for larger conferences, launches and networking evenings.
Beyond the main barn, we can use different areas of the site to scale your event. Downstairs, our Gastropub works well for smaller lunches, meetings or as a breakout space, seating up to 80 or holding up to 100 standing. Exclusive hire across both floors accommodates up to 300 standing, while the Moat Terrace and Front Lawn are perfect for outdoor receptions, barbecues and summer parties. Larger marquee events on the Front Lawn are available by arrangement. Our events team will guide you to the best combination of spaces and layouts once we understand your brief.
What AV and technical facilities are available for corporate hire?
We provide core AV facilities including a projector, wireless microphones and high speed Wi-Fi throughout the venue. These are ideal for presentations, meetings, launches and awards ceremonies in Eltham, and our team can help arrange additional production for larger events.

Our venue is just five minutes from Eltham Station, with fast trains to London Bridge, DLR connections and easy links to central London. Parking is available along Kidbrooke Lane close to the venue, with good bus links simplifying travel for delegates from across London and Kent. In addition, our own private car park for up to 30 cars is included in our day delegate rate for the hire period.
