Whatever the occasion, celebrate in style with a party at Tudor Barn Eltham! Book your party to take place within the next three months with absolutely NO VENUE HIRE

June 2026: 14th, 19th, 26th, 28th
July 2026: 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 26th
August 2026: 2nd, 9th, 15th, 16th, 21st, 23rd, 29th, 30th
September 2026: 6th, 12th, 13th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 26th, 27th
Monday - Saturday 6pm-Midnight - £2,000.00 minimum food/drink spend (within the next 3 months)
Sunday 12-6pm £2,000.00 minimum food/drink spend (within the next 3 months) - food available on a Sunday event: afternoon tea, hog roast or wandering snack menu.

Terms and Conditions: available against new bookings only, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, minimum spend must include some form of catering for a minimum of 75% of your guest numbers. All food/drinks must be pre ordered to reach the minimum spend. 50% deposit due upon booking, balance due 1 month prior to the event. M aximum guest numbers 180. DJ must be booked directly with us at £500.00. Hire times must include set up and pack down. Please note we do not take bookings with a longer lead time than 3 months. The downstairs gastropub and restaurant will remain open to the public.
